The Centennial Sampler Book
The Centennial Sampler quilt pictured below is a quilt made by Judie Rothermel in 1990.
It has traveled around the country to appear at every quilt show she and her husband, Bob, have vended.
Last fall, Judie decided to publish a book of the patterns she used in her quilt.
This spiral bond book is basically a pattern book.
The book contains 150 five-inch blocks to choose from, and you only need 56 to make the quilt.
The complete instructions for the sashing, swags, tassels, and the outside pyramid border are included in this book.
Judie feels that this is a great collection of traditional patterns in miniature.
If you do not wish to make a full size quilt, there are examples of other projects you can do.
